Indemnity

General

These Website Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy sets out the general rules and policies governing the User’s use of our website. Depending on the User’s activities when visiting our website, the User may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties in respect of the subject matter hereof. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of South Africa.
